Plot

The Monty Python team lend their talent to telling the Greatest Story Ever Told. Blind faith, virgin birth, crucifixion - nothing is sacred in this epic send-up of biblical times, focusing on Brian (Graham Chapman), a Jew in Roman-occupied Judea. After joining up with an anti-Roman political organisation, (the Judean People's Front), Brian is mistaken for the Messiah. Despite his best efforts, he cannot seem to convince anyone he is not.
